Cansel Sörgens works since 2008 as Product Manager and Agile Organisational Development Manager in organisations that scaled from 100 to 1000 people rapidly. Between 2008 and 2016, as Product and Portfolio Manager she managed international business development and cross-divisional corporate-strategy projects. From 2016 to 2021, Cansel was responsible for the Agile Transformation of an e-commerce company and re-designed the organisation by shifting from project to product driven teams. As part of the Agile Transformation she implemented OKR and coached C-Level, Directors, Product Managers, and teams to develop and deploy the vision and strategy of company-wide strategic initiatives.
Since 2016 she implemented OKR many times in international B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and B2G organisations of all sizes from different industries such as MedTech, FinTech, Consumer Electronics, Pharma, E-Commerce, and more. With a variety of methods and frameworks she guides organisations holistically in strategy development, execution, and organisational transformation.
